Competition Rules

5 Sep 2010 News:

All teams must contain 5 players

A £5 prize will be awarded to the top team at each event (subject to sufficient entries and will be split in the event of more than one team scoring the same number of points).

The competition starts on Thursday 09 April 2009 (The US Masters from Augusta) and finishes on Sunday 04 October 2009 (Alfred Dunhill Links).

Once again the competition entry is £3-00 per team and all entry receipts (equivalent to £3-00 per team entered) will be paid as prizes.

Entries open on 01 March 2009 and close on 05 April 2009. Any entry not accompanied by the correct entry fee will not be entered in the competition.

2. Each entry into the fantasy golf challenge has a maximum of £20million to spend on five players. Eachplayer is valued according to their world ranking at the beginning of the2009 golf season.

3. Players will be awarded points in relation to their finishing position in the above ten tournaments:

4. The winner will be the Team Manager whos team scores the highest number of points at the end of the ten tournaments.

5. All entry receipts will be paid in prizes.

6. Current standings will be printed after each tournament. (where possible results will be sent by email )

7. All prizes will be paid ten days after completion of the competition (allowing time for checking and verification of results).
